About Us

Australian Search and Rescue K9 Inc. (ASAR-K9) is a volunteer, not-for-profit organisation based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We train handler and dog teams to respond to emergencies to find people missing in the bush or country areas, a discipline called search and rescue (SAR).

We are dedicated to training teams for this unique and valuable search service, provided to the community free of charge, and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
